Datenschutzerklärung (GDPR / DSGVO)

What I collect

When you use the intake or booking forms, I keep what you type in: your name and email, your answers, your preferred times, and your LinkedIn or phone number if you add them. I also keep your country (from Cloudflare) and browser type, so I can spot spam.

Why

To prepare for our sessions and to arrange them with you. Nothing else (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). I don't sell or share your data, and there are no tracking cookies on this site.

Where

Your data lives in a Cloudflare D1 database, run by Cloudflare, Inc. under a data processing agreement. The video on the home page only loads from YouTube (in no-cookie mode) once you tap play.

Payments

Payments go through Wise. When you tap “Pay with Wise” you leave this site, and Wise handles your card details under its own privacy policy. I never see or store your card number. I only see that a payment arrived, with your booking reference.

How long, and your rights

I delete intake and booking data 12 months after we last spoke, or sooner if you ask. You can see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data at any time, and you can withdraw your consent. Just email me. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Berlin, that's the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
